Shipping rates for bulk items like lumber and drywall are calculated based on weight and delivery distance. Standard local delivery starts at $49, while smaller parcel items may qualify for flat-rate shipping.
Can I return unused building materials?
Yes, we accept returns on most unused, stock-standard materials within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-cut lumber and special-order items are non-refundable.
Do you offer professional discounts for contractors?
Absolutely. TESCO Building Supplies offers a Pro-Account program that provides volume-based discounts, dedicated account management, and priority job-site delivery for licensed contractors.
How do I track my delivery status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking link. For large freight deliveries, our dispatch team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm the drop-off window.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
