At TESCO Building Supplies, we are committed to providing high-quality materials for your projects; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all building materials remain in their original packaging and are in resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Verify Eligibility
Check that your items are unused, in original packaging, and not marked as non-returnable, such as custom-mixed paint or special-order lumber.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the materials to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, or bring the materials directly to our warehouse loading dock.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the materials for damage and quality, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
